Christmas this year was all about the Baby. JaiceyBelle was old enough to know how to open presents. Brooke, Jarrod and Bo are all wanting to help put the ski vest on her. She really had a great time.

As promised, I am finally getting around to posting my Christmas Vacation photos. This is one of those, "guess you had to be there" photos. Logan and I got tickled about how they advertised "HO" in their name. We were pulling out of Clovis right in the middle of this driving snow. As luck would have it, we were getting out just in time. Those that stayed, were snowed in for the next few days. We made it to Amarillo with no trouble.

Out of Touch

I haven't been updating like I should... but I have a good reason. My computer at the house is "kaput". My friend Omar has it at his house, trying to work through the bugs. That's what is wrong with PCs. I never had this kind of problem with my Mac. I will have to just donate this to Lacey eventually and go back to the Mac. After all, once a mac girl always...

Lacey has been contacted by her old college soccer coach Dale Roden, and he is wanting her to come back to college and play soccer for him. He has made her quite an offer. While getting offered a second chance at a college eduaction ranks way up there in the WOW department, she has a lot to consider. We ofcourse are all encouraging her to go for it, but her husband isn't on board yet. So you all keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

I sure don't like the idea of being that far away from my biscuit, but if it is good for her mommie, I guess I could live through it.

We are having another cold day in Waco. There is something wrong with this picture. While I expect to see Amarillo in the twenties... I want it to stay up there. The kids and I got to see snow when we went to Portales over the Christmas break. Saw it for about an hour... and drove out of it. That was enough. Unless ofcourse you get to play in it. Then it is fun. Currently we are hoping to take the crew to Colorado over spring break. Bo is wanting to ski so bad and I am wanting to see my Aunt Happy.

Weekend at Grammies

JaiceyBelle came over and spent the night Saturday. She is such a precious girl. She got up early Sunday, and went Christmas shopping with me. What a trooper. She finally started getting grumpy at about 4:00 when I realize I had not fed her lunch. Bless her little heart. Some Bush's Chicken and she was ready to go again.
