Saturday night was the wedding of TJ Green and Laci Reed. TJ is Brooke's cousin, and she was the maid of honor. The ceremony was held on the Brazos Queen. This picture: Paul, Me, Brooke, Kay (Brooke's mom) and Billy (Step father). 

Halloween has new life for Grammy

JaiceyBelle is the cutest fairy princess in Waco tonight. Donning the mommy-made tutu, elf shoes and vest with wings, she was ready to go. 

  

Marilyn Doesn't Compare

Brooke is still enjoying Halloween. She couldn't get Jarrod to wear a yankees outfit, but she didn't let that stop her. Is it any wonder why all the little kids dads take them trick or treating in our neighborhood.

Girls in Garb

When Lacey asked to borrow my sewing machine so that she could make Jaiceybelle's costume, I really didn't think she had it in her. I guess I didn't give her enough credit. She made the cutest little elf shoes with ribbon and pompoms around the top. A tutu with rose petals and appliques. Then she decided to sew little wings to a vest so they would stay on. I'm sure JC had to put on a little turtleneck before trick or treating, but she tried the outfit on for Grammy on my way home from work.
