RIP Jack

Yesterday was one of those days you know are inevitable, but... When we got home last night Bo discovered his sweet dachshund Jack had passed away. While we are all glad Jack is out of his misery, it still just tears you up to see a boy have to bury his dog. Tears just streaming down his sweet cheeks. JaiceyBelle was visiting and continued her backyard play as Bo and I carried out our solemn duties. When Paul and Logan got home, they were very sympathetic and we spent most of the evening outside just soaking it all in. The laughter of a 2 year old, brought us back to sweet peace.
